Carin’s career in banking began in 1994 with Meridian bank, learning the industry at a foundational level, Carin’s tenure lasted through several acquisitions and mergers as she rose to the rank of a regional Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank N.A. Following two decades of service, Carin left the banking industry in 2014 to take on the role of Chief Compliance Officer for a Minnesota-based investment firm. Initially a modest 3 person firm, Carin oversaw the firm’s growth into a 10 person firm managing assets for a niche clientele comprised of clients across the country. In 2023 Carin left the wealth management firm and returned to banking, accepting the role of Operations Manager for a small New Jersey based community bank. With her extensive background in the banking and wealth management industries, Carin joined Great Scott Financial in March of 2024 serving as Manager of Operations. Carin holds her Series 65 certification, Life and Fixed Annuities Insurance license, and her notary license which she obtained and has held since 2000.
Carin is a resident of the Lehigh Valley, where she lives with her husband, dog, and raised two children. She is a passionate supporter of local Lehigh Valley businesses and annually participates in fund raising events such as 5Ks to support Historic Bethlehem and other non-profits based in the Lehigh Valley. As a survivor of breast cancer, Carin is dedicated to promoting cancer awareness, screening, and efforts to combat the disease.
